Itinerary
Arrival at Colombo International Airport where you will be welcomed by the local representative. After immigration formalities proceed to Kandy, located about 115 km from Colombo with a journey time of approximately 3.5–4 hours by road. The drive passes through scenic countryside and traditional villages. On arrival check in at the hotel and later visit the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most sacred Buddhist temples in the world. Later explore the beautiful Kandy Lake area before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Kandy.
After breakfast proceed to Bentota, located about 180 km from Kandy with a travel time of approximately 4.5–5 hours. The journey offers scenic views of lush green hills and small towns before reaching the coastal belt of Sri Lanka. On arrival check in at the Hotel and relax at Bentota Beach which is known for its golden sands and calm sea. Evening free for leisure near the beach. Dinner, Overnight stay in Bentota.
After breakfast enjoy a boat safari at the Madu River where visitors can explore small islands and mangrove forests. Later visit the Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project located about 10 km from Bentota with a travel time of around 20 minutes. In the afternoon proceed to Colombo covering 85 km in about 2–2.5 hours. On arrival enjoy a short city tour including Galle Face Green and shopping streets. Overnight stay in Colombo.
After breakfast check out from the Hotel and transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport, located about 35 km from Colombo city centre and the journey takes around 45–60 minutes. Departure with wonderful memories of Sri Lanka.
