After breakfast proceed for a city tour of Kandy. Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden, located about 6 km from Kandy city and takes around 15–20 minutes by road. The garden is famous for its large collection of orchids, tropical plants and giant bamboo trees spread across beautifully landscaped grounds. Later visit a traditional gem museum and a handicraft centre to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous gemstone industry. After breakfast, Checkout from Hotel, proceed to Nuwara Eliya, located approximately 80 km from Kandy with a journey time of about 2.5–3 hours through winding mountain roads and tea plantations. After breakfast, Check out from Hotel, proceed to the coastal town of Bentota, located about 210 km from Nuwara Eliya with a journey time of approximately 5 to 6 hours by road. After breakfast enjoy local sightseeing in Bentota including a visit to the Madu River for a relaxing boat safari. Later visit the famous Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project, located about 10 km from Bentota with a travel time of around 20 minutes, where visitors can learn about turtle conservation efforts.
